This is an project under kursus Sumber lisan dan Pendokumentasian,
We had arrange an interview session with Bekas Timbalan Pengarah, Encik Koh Kok Hwee ,
at 17/7/2014 Thurday at studio room from 10.30am. to 12.30a.m.
We havng an nice session with him,
sincerly i am want to thank a lot to him,
that he willing to come back iptho in term to help us complete our assignment,
he also very friendly and even prepared all the sijil and photo which all ready print out,
I catch a main point from his speech that be a teacher we must always all out,
put all our effort in education field,
we must always learnt new thing,
carry on new method in learning,
learning ICT, KOKO, and all field and all these experince will eventually help us when we do pentadbiran job,
I am feel that he is still very energetic and talktive although he had finish his service as timbalan pengarah IPGTHO.
he say that be a teacher our job is to explain to student why they need learnt the knowledge that we teach them, and y they should leant that,
and we must know how to make student understand wat we teach in class,
how nice is ti,
he say the the biggest satisfacty is when he met his old student at ourside,
his old student already success in their life and still remember him as teacher,
how touching ~
I am love so much his positive thinking~
he say he nvr having idol in his life, but he believe himself and he say if there is no one to ask,
try to solve all the problem by ur own,
what a successful person,
i sincerely hope he remain healthy ~

An meaningful meeting with Nazir
Today is 14/7.2014 , monday, our dearest Encik Zul ( lecturer major sej) had accept visting from jemaah nazir. Two Nazir who came from Putrajaya one is Puan Haslinda, and the other one i am nt sure~
We had prepare from today forum "Kekuatan sumber lisan sebagai pengukuh kepada pelbagai bahan bertulis". Although as my own reflection, my performance is not so nice as i am too scarre and hoping next time i can face such challenge with peace mind~
Thats not a main point anyway~haha
after our lesson, we having an 1 hours meeting with 2 nazir,
from both of them we gain a lot,
really, i am so appreciate sharing from 2 of them,
as i can learnt about that before they become nazir,
they also a teacher,
they mastering a lot pedagogy and always having many fun and interesting way to carry pdp,

They just come here to observe how the quality of lesson,
from pn haslinda, she tell us about 5 kemahiran mengajar sejarah,
one is imaginasi,
as one of the story, when teaching about Firaun,
it is hard to bring student go mesir,
we can ask student close their eye up,
imagine that we taking fly from KLIA,
taking aeroplane,
and reach mesir,
and imagine we see "padang pasir"
and see the "golden triangle buliding"
, in the story we can leading student imagine the lifestyle of mesir people in the pass.
Beside that we also learnt about what is calling "guru cemerlang" or Guru Luar Biasa,
wat he say is, if student will feeling they losing something when teacher not entering class,
they waiting teacher to enter the class,
that is what he call excellent teacher,
all the teacher do same thing but how we to become an outstanding teacher,
My reflection today is ,
To be an excellent teacher ,
we always need put a lot of effort to preparing what we going to teach
and we have to sacrifrice more time then other teacher,
The aim that i am want to reach now in my mind is,
i would like to make sure all of my student at least learnt and mastering what i am teach at the class during a short 30 min~
Hopelly i am able to become an excellent teacher in future^^

PPISMP 为Program Persediaan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan的简称，成功拿到这个课程的同学们将会倍安排在全马27间师训学院（Institut Pendidikan Perguruan, IPG)就读,
PPISMP 是一个为时一年，也就是12个月的基础课程，
成功完成这个基础课程的同学，才会被录取进入PISMP(Program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan)
那何为PISMP课程呢？
PISMP是教育学士课程，为时4年，8个semester,
完成这个课程的同学们，就可以经过面试等等过程，等待收到教育部的confirmation letter,
而没有办法成功拿到PPISMP课程的同学若是想成为老师，还可以继续就读中六或matrikulasi， 申请大学课程时申请教育系，可是通过教育系成为老师的同学们都是属于中学组的哦~
